Mindfulness and wellbeing in Bristol for 2013

Breathing Space Mindfulness and Wellbeing is a Bristol-based provider of Mindfulness training and 1:1 wellbeing coaching for individuals and organisations.

MINDFULNESS FOR THE MENOPAUSE: ONLY A FEW DAYS LEFT TO BOOK...
Bookings are coming in for our unique 2 day retreat for women,  "Embracing the Change: A Mindful Journey through Menopause" which will be taking place on 20th and 21st April in lovely Bradford on Avon. Places are limited on this deeply nurturing retreat, which has received great feedback from past participants, so book yours now!

We will be running a reduced programme of courses and retreats over summer and autumn 2013 due to other commitments, but the following will still be available:
  • One day introductory Mindfulness session in Bristol. Not sure if Mindfulness is for you? Come and try some simple practices and discover what Mindfulness is and the difference it could make to your life
  • 1:1 Mindfulness tuition, for those who prefer greater flexibility and a more customised individual approach
  • Follow-up sessions and "Deepening your Practice" retreats for people who already have some experience of Mindfulness
All of our courses and retreats can be booked and paid for securely online via Paypal.

Stress Management and Wellbeing services

If MIndfulness isn't for you, we can offer a wider range of stress management & wellbeing coaching and e-resources to help you feel great in 2013. We work with people who are looking for ways to manage pressure, be more creative, make positive life changes or simply feel happier and more relaxed. Our clients include:
  • Busy working people who want to build stress resilience and develop effective coping strategies
  • Carers, including working mums, who need some “down time” to relax, look after themselves and recharge their batteries
  • Caring professionals who want to explore Mindfulness as a way of supporting themselves and their clients
  • Creative people who recognise the importance of time and space for reflection and to develop those great ideas
